Brett joined the Club in July 2005 as Assistant Superintendent and was appointed the position of Superintendent only 6 months later. Brett has been instrumental in leading our small but efficient Course Team from a reasonable golf course to what it is now today.

Brett was awarded the 2010 Superintendent’s Achievement Award by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of Queensland at the Queensland Golf Industry Awards. Brett’s ability to deliver our outstanding Tifdwarf greens at the highest level almost all year round is something that the Club and members are very proud of. He has also managed the course through three floods (2013, 2017 and 2022) which were devastating to say the least, but we made it through and the course continues to improve under his leadership.
