Vets News July 2019

Away Game - Palm Meadows, 4 July
A great day was had at Palm Meadows Golf Course on 4 July with a total of 89 Vets playing on the day. Although a little windy at times and a quick shower of rain prior to starting it was evident that all players enjoyed the day. Although the Carbrook course was hosting the important Queensland Boys and Girls Amateur Championships and club competitions was not able to be conducted during that week, it did provide Vet members the opportunity to experience a different course. Thanks to the vets who supported the day and the Vets Committee members who provided great support to ensure that the participating players at Palm Meadows were able to enjoy the day.

Tea/coffee will be available up until 8.30 am each Thursday. It would be appreciated if later players, those commencing after 8.30 am, would assist with the packing up the tea/coffee equipment and return to the Pro Shop.
